As a part of our contribution to the digital economy, DISA –APGVB (Digital Insta Savings Account) has been launched in our bank to provide our customers seamless delivery of services in this digital era. We have inaugurated one variant of DISA APGVB digital account-Insta Savings Account.
Eligibility:
- •Only Resident Indian Individual over 18 years of age is eligible for opening Insta Savings Account.
- •Customer should not have any existing relationship with Bank.
- •Customer must be having a valid and active local mobile number registered in his/her name, and a valid and active email address.
- •Customer must be having a valid Aadhaar number and valid Permanent Account Number/Form 60 Customer must be having a valid and active local mobile number registered in his/her name, and linked to his Aadhaar number.
- •Customer should not have any OTP based Aadhaar verification based account with any other Bank/Financial Institution.
- •At any given time, customer can have only one Insta Savings Account and no other accounts.
Terms & Conditions :
- • Account will be opened in single name only.
- • There will be a transaction limit cap at Rs. 49,999/- per transaction Cash transaction services for this account are not permitted in branch Maximum balance in the account can be Rs. 1.00 lakh only.
- • Total credit summations in a year allowed for the account is Rs 2.00 Lacs.
- • Branch selected by the applicant will be tagged as Home Branch for opening Insta Savings Account.
- • The Nomination Facility is available within the app and is mandatory for Insta Savings Account.
- • Nomination can be made in favour of only one nominee. If nominee is a minor, guardian details can be entered.
- • Rupay Debit Card will be issued. KYC Requirement :
- • Customer will have to successfully complete e-KYC through biometric authentication by visiting home branch or through submission of KYC documents in the branch within one year of opening his account through Annexure II.
- • Customer cannot open any other account till KYC is completed by visiting the home branch.
- • The Insta Savings account can be closed by making a written request at the home branch only, after completing the KYC formalities.
- • If KYC exercise is not completed within 1 year of opening the account, the account will be closed and Banker’s Cheque favouring the customer will be issued against the balance payable in the account.
- • The Banker’s Cheque will be handed over to the customer only after completion of KYC formalities.
- • Mobile Banking will be activated immediately after opening of the Account in case customer selects the same during Account opening process.
- • No Cheque book facility will be provided for this account
